As Built Surveys
Using the same methodology and instrumentation as Topographical Surveys, we can carry out as built surveys where there is a need to ensure that during the construction phase of a development, and/or after its completion, a record of what has been constructed is recorded.
This may be required where one site contractors work requires checking prior to another commencing eg as built concrete works prior to follow on contractors eg cladding, lift installers, curtain walling etc.
As built surveys of roads, drainage, underground services, structures or earthworks may also be required as a condition of contract to allow final or retention payments, or as a requirement prior to the adoption of new roads and developments.
